Every program is designed with real-world lifestyle needs in mind—simple nutrition, sustainable strength training, and long-term habits that keep you “in the game.”
Do I need a gym to follow your programs?
No. While having access to basic gym equipment can enhance your results, all of my programs include at-home options using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements.
I’m out of shape—can I still join?
Absolutely. My programs are built for all starting points, especially beginners who haven’t trained in a while. You’ll follow simple, progressive workouts that build confidence, strength, and mobility safely.
What kind of support do I get?
All coaching plans include structured workouts and nutrition guidance. Depending on the plan you choose, support can include weekly check-ins, form feedback, progress tracking, and messaging inside the app. My 1:1 coaching includes the highest level of accountability and direct support.
How long do your programs last?
I offer multiple options:

Do you provide meal plans?
I provide simple, high-protein recipe packs, smoothie guides, and meal-planning tools. You’ll get nutrition habits you can follow long-term—no strict dieting or cutting out all your favorite foods.
How do I access the workouts?
All programs are delivered through the MyStrengthBook app. You’ll be able to view workouts, track progress, watch exercise demo videos, and communicate with me directly inside the app.
What results can I expect?
Most men begin noticing improvements—more energy, better consistency, and increased strength—within the first 2–4 weeks. Fat loss typically accelerates between weeks 6–12. Results depend on consistency, but my goal is to get you strong, lean, and feeling younger than you have in years.
