Before founding Davis Performance Coaching, Tyrone Davis built a career grounded in discipline, leadership, and human performance. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Tyrone learned firsthand the importance of physical readiness, resilience, and mental toughness — principles that continue to shape his approach to coaching today.

With two master’s degrees — one in Human Performance: Strength Training and Conditioning and another in Nutrition and Wellness — Tyrone combines academic expertise with real-world experience to help clients achieve sustainable results. He also holds multiple certifications in strength and conditioning, performance training, and nutrition coaching, ensuring every program is rooted in science and designed for long-term success.

Throughout his career, Tyrone has worked with a wide range of clients, from everyday professionals to competitive athletes, focusing on functional strength, mobility, and overall health. His mission through Davis Performance Coaching is simple: to help people train smarter, move better, and build lasting strength that enhances every area of life.
